A brief overview:

1946, One year after the second world war. The Special Operations Command Center (S.O.C.C) was formed as an intelligence agency for the United States Government to prevent the United States falling victim to the threat of a Soviet invasion and a fall to communism.

Through the use of intelligence gathering via means of clandestine operations, counter intelligence, covert action and later on in the years; cybersecurity, the S.O.C.C utilizes these methods in an effort to eliminate any threat to the United States government. The S.O.C.C generally held operations under direct orders from either the President or an Elder.

It was not until the 1980s, when the cold war waged on, the S.O.C.C and Soviet Union started to develop new technology for authority use only, whilst the populaces stayed in an era in which they thought was the peak of human advancement.

By 2030, what was to eventually be referred to as the Arcane Wars, broke out. A series of conflicts around the globe involving  pro-soviet demonstrators seizing power over nations and forming alliances with Soviet Russia. The Arcane Wars came to an end in 2050 when the S.O.C.C conducted a secret operation known as “Operation Hidden Sword” when they sent a small team of Mercury Agents into Soviet Occupied Afghanistan to aid the Al-Husam fighters take back control of Afghanistan. Shortly after the Al-Husam victory, it inspired other countries to fight back and regain their independence from Soviet control.

By 2056, with corruption running rampant within the United States government and the S.O.C.C, an Elder, under the threat of releasing all the information about the S.O.C.C and their illegal operations over the 110 years, forced the S.O.C.C to launch “Operation Black Flag” – The ultimate false flag operation in which Atomic and Nuclear weapons would be used on the United States by themselves framing the Soviets, sparking a short-live nuclear Armageddon.
